Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
  • No-show/No-call appointments (or cancellations made on the day of the appointment) will be charged the full amount (100%) of the service booked.

This policy is intended to help us manage our schedules more effectively, allowing us to offer available appointment times to other clients and ensuring that our stylists' time is used efficiently.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will always aim to handle such situations with understanding and flexibility. However, to maintain fairness for all our clients and staff, this policy will be enforced consistently.

Credit Card on File

In order to streamline our booking process and to ensure adherence to our cancellation policy, we require all clients to have a credit or debit card on file at the time of booking. This policy helps us manage reservations effectively and minimizes losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
